Product Care and Information
-How do I maintain my wig?
All wigs come with the knots bleached and plucked (unless requested not to be by the customer), this leaves the lace more susceptible to balding. While wearing your lace wigs, you should not scratch the lace or pull the hairs or baby hairs from the lace unintentionally. When your wig is taken off, please put it in the satin bag it was shipped in or in a bag to store it.
-How do I clean my wig?
When washing the bundles, please use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. It is best to clean your bundles with conditioner. Shampoo can strip the hair of its luster and makes it dry so only use shampoo when there is an excess buildup of dirt and oils in the hair that you feel just conditioning will not take care of.
To clean the lace, you need to first remove the glue (if any) on the lace. You can do so by lightly rubbing the glue with a cloth or paper towel damp in rubbing alcohol. To remove the hair spray, edge control, or gel from the baby hairs. Gently put the shampoo on the baby hairs and comb it through the baby hairs. If you do this roughly you will pull out the baby hairs.
To clean the back of the lace, rub the shampoo on the back of it and use a toothbrush or an edge control brush to gently clean it off.
The key to cleaning your lace without removing the hair or harming the lace is to be gentle and use hot-warm water.
-How do I clean and care for my eyelashes?
The best way to care for your lashes is to keep them in the eyelash case when you are not using them. It is also best that you do not put mascara on your lashes. You can gently use micellar water or a little bit of water and soap to clean them off and then leaving them out to air dry. You can peel off the remaining glue from the band gently with your fingers and wetting the lashes which will make it easier for the glue to come off. If you do wet your lashes, let them air dry and then using a spoolie, brush through them to get the fullness and volume back.
